Wanted to move away from cocoa because of the aluminium, cadmium, and caffeine in it. This carob is great for drinks and also making chocolate. More sweet than cocoa, so you can reduce sugar as well.
So pleased to find this caffeine free powder for my sweet treats and smoothies.
Carob powder needs to be used correctly to be appreciated i have learnt.
This one is as good a brand as the best of them. There should be bulk options.
