I habe tried many brands of gluten free flour, but this is the best! No funny taste and bakes beautiful.
I've been backing cupcakes like there's no tomorrow. No funny taste, comes out great every time.
Bought to bake sweet treats for my boyfriend as he has a sensitivity to gluten (intolerance) and it works wonderfully, I used it for brownies and they came out exactly the same as if I had used normal flour. There is a tiny bit of an after taste but nothing too bad or overpowering.
