Previously I bought gluten free flour from other online stores but the outcome was awful.
I baked a mealie cake and a lemon sponge cake and the result was a light and delicious cake. My family did not even realise that this was made using gluten free flour. This flour is just like regular flour in appearance.I am definitely buying this product to make other baked goods.
