Directions:

• Use daily, in the morning or evening, for best results.
• Cleanse your face with your Face Glow and apply your face oil.
• Hold the stone at a 30 to 45 degree angle, and gently pull/scrape it across your skin.
• As a rule, all movements should be upward and follow lymphatic flow.
• Repeat each movement three to five times before moving to the next area of your skin.
• Focus on your jawline, forehead, cheeks, under eye, brows, lips and neck.
