Directions:

• Place 1 tablespoon (approximately 2g) of tea into a tea infuser.
• Heat water to 75°C (167°F) and pour over the tea.
• Steep for 1 - 2 minutes, adjusting steeping time for desired strength.
• Tea leaves may be steeped multiple times, yielding 2-3 pots of tea.
• Adjust steeping time accordingly for subsequent infusions.
