Directions:

• Place 1 tablespoon (approximately 2g) of tea into a tea infuser.
• Heat water to 85°C (185°F) and pour over the tea.
• Steep for 2 - 3 minutes, adjusting steeping time for desired strength.
• Tea leaves may be steeped multiple times, yielding 2 - 3 pots of tea.
• Adjust steeping time accordingly for subsequent infusions.
