Directions:

• Sift 1 - 2 teaspoons (approximately 2 - 4g) of matcha powder into a bowl.
• Heat water to 80°C and pour 60 - 70ml over the matcha powder.
• Use a bamboo whisk to whisk the matcha in a zigzag motion until it becomes frothy.
• Pour the whisked matcha into a cup and enjoy.
• For a thinner tea, add more hot water to taste.
