Cheesy flavour not as strong as other brands I have tried, but still does a great job as cheese alternative. I wish Health Connection would reduce their plastic packaging

The yeast has a tangy mushroom like taste, not too much like cheese. It is really tasty to sprinkle on all sorts of things.

Always a staple in our pantry and just delicious. "Nooch" is a daily part of our diets and so versatile: sprinkled on soup, add to guacamole or make a delicious vegan cheese sauce. I see a few people have commented on the plastic packaging and I have to agree; glass or a more environmentally friendly alternative would go a long way. I would happily pay more knowing the packaging is not plastic.

This product is a must have! As a vegan I appreciate the extra flavour this adds to my "cheesy" dishes. It something i actually throw into a lot of my dishes to add that extra delish to the plate.
