Directions:

• Can be used for cooking and baking.
• To make a batter: Mix 1 cup buckwheat flour, 1 tbs sugar, 1 tsp baking powder and 1⁄4 tsp salt with 11⁄2 cup buttermilk, 2 eggs, 1⁄2 tsp vanilla extract.
• Scoop 1⁄4 cup batter onto a heated pan and cook until golden; flip and cook on the other side.
