


This Truefood Non-GMO Cucous offers a wealth of protein, fibre and essential vitamins. Once cooked, cuscous has a slight pasta taste and is used in place of rice. However cuscous easily absorbs the flavours of the foods it is cooked with making it a versatile addition to many dishes.
Cooking Instructions:
- Add one part boiling water to one part raw cuscous in a bowl
- Cover and leave until the water is absorbed and the cuscous tender, about 5-10 minutes
- Before serving, fluff with fork
Cooking tip:
- 1 cup (250ml) raw cuscous makes about 3 cups (750ml) cooked cuscous
- One serving is usually 1/2 cup (125ml) cooked cuscous
