Directions:

• For best results, soak 1 cup of dried mung beans in water for 4-6 hours or overnight.
• Then, drain and rinse.
• Simmer in 3 cups of water for 30 - 40 minutes or until tender.
• Drain the beans and incorporate them into your dishes.

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Once opened, reseal the ziplock or store in an airtight container.
