Directions:

• For best results, soak 1 cup of dried beans in water for 8 hours or overnight, then drain and rinse.
• Simmer in 4 cups of water for about 1 to 1 ½ hours or until tender.
• Drain the beans and add them to your recipes.

• Once opened, reseal the ziplock or store in an airtight container.
