Directions:

1 - 3 capsules 3 x daily
NB: Drink a minimum of 250-500ml water when taking the capsules. The water and the capsules undergo a chemical reaction in your stomach, releasing oxygen. Works best with pure filtered water.
Only take on an empty stomach OR 1 hour before meals OR 3 hours after meals.

1st day I took chronic doze after having lots of aches and Pains when I need to stand up straight. Amazingly after first doze I could get out of my chair pain free I could get out of bed as a normal person still a little pain in my ankles but way less than the day before

My husband swears on this product, his Dr is very impressed on how manageable his high blood pressure is since taking these supplements

On the back of many favorable recommendations online, and a radio interview, I decided to try the product. I am a fully healthy individual who prepares for 10 k running race. As such, I have close check-up on health and progress. However, this product did absolutely nothing other than mild stomach problems and sleep issues (also mild). I doubt the positive ratings are from true persons.

My mother is usually not one to purchase or be influenced by items online. After reading the many positive reviews about the product she wanted to try it out.
