I've taken quite a few different supplements for hot flushes and palpitations. This one is the only one so far that helps at all. It took about 7 days to take effect. The flushing hasn't gone completely, but it is reduced substantially. The palpitations have pretty much stopped, thank goodness as that was the worst symptom. I would recommend this product. It is a little pricey, but it's worth it as far as I am concerned.

I had not been suffering greatly through menopause, but the hot flashes, particularly early in the morning, were enough of a nuisance to look around for options. I tried cheaper options, but these did nothing for me, and then I finally tried Estrovera. At the same time I also made an effort to bring down my suddenly elevated blood pressure (hormone-related) by cutting out coffee, and taking Hibiscus supplements. I am not sure if it was the combination (note: I am also wholefoods plantbased, so overall in very good health) or just the Estrovera, but my hot flashes have gone completely, my blood pressure is back to normal, and I sleep soundly again, I am so happy!! It took a couple of months (2-3) for them to disappear entirely, but I started feeling an improvement after about 2-3 weeks. It's more expensive than other options out there, and everyone is different, but if it works, it's worth every cent!

I have tried a few options for relief of menopause symptoms, and Estrovera is by far the best. I have been using it for six months now, and will not buy or recommend any other prioduct.
