Enjoyed using it in baking
Great taste - I use it in my baking, especially love it in Raw Fruit Bars.
I bake often and often use this coconut in cakes and snack bars. It has a really rich flavour, and is free of the normal chemicals associated with commercial dessicated coconut
I always have desiccated coconut in my home as I often use it for blending in with healthy snacks
