Xanthan gum makes my life so much easier! This brand is a good price and I use it for breads, in sauces and even in vegan desserts to thicken my coconut cream
I use this product to make 'protein ice-cream'. It makes my smoothies so deliciously thick and creamy it would be mistaken as ice cream!
I add a teaspoon of this to my cinnamon bun filling and it stops the filling from oozing out as it bakes. Brilliant!
Useful addition for your gluten free baking cupboard. Cheap and you don't really need to use too much for each bake.
As always a brand you can trust. Just recently converted to gluten free and made my first batch of naan bread successfully using this product. Flawless.
