Directions:
Adults (including pregnant women):
- Take 1 sachet daily with food or as professionally advised.
Children (2 years and older):
- Take 1 sachet daily with food.
Caution:
- Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
- Iron is best taken away from other medications and supplements (except vitamin C).
- It is recommended that iron deficiency be tested via a blood test.
