After a few days of using FerriTone I can already feel my energy levels improving. I like the vanilla taste and it is very easy to take. I love that it contains extra vitamins to help with absorption. I haven't had any nausea or stomach discomfort.
I’m anemic and have used many different iron supplements. The last supplement was from USA however after returning home the shipping was costly. I have tried many in South Africa however they were not gentle or a higher dose. I also prefer to take iron before breakfast for better absorption. Finally this supplement is even better than the USA version. I use only have a packet a day and tightly store the other half in fridge.
My Homeopath recommended this product to me and my daughter. This product has the best taste compared to other iron supplements. It is quite sweet with a lovely vanilla flavour. For a more pleasant taste I would recommend mixing it with 100% fruit juice or half juice half water as it is quite sweet. Will have to see if my iron levels have improved once I visit my Homeopath doctor again.
Used it for like 3 months and honestly didn't see much improvement then switched to ferovance and saw my under eye was brighter red within a few hours.
