Directions

Enjoying this product. I normly wake up several times during the night and can't get back to sleep - this seems to have fixed that, and if I do wake, I go back to sleep quickly.

Gently soothes me to sleep - I take two when getting into bed and if I should wake up in the middle of the night I take two more.... and sleep like a log for a few more hours. Wake fresh and rested. Great product!

I struggle with anxious thoughts which can keep me up at night. Taking these tablets really gently helps me to have a decent night's sleep. I have a small body so one tablet per night is enough for me. But considering their price it really is a good product.

I'm a very bad sleeper. Before finding flora force sleep, I'd toss and turn most of the night, or get up and do something else. This is the fourth time I've bought this. It's a 'go to' if sleep is illusive for you.

Slept like a baby. This load-shedding thing? I wake up when the fridge stops. I wake up in the fridge starts again. Is exhausting. I got these pills two days ago and amusing them. Go Eskom.
