While many omega-3 supplements are derived from animal products like fish oil, Flora Force Alvega-3 is made using marine microalgae. This is an omega-3 supplement packed with beneficial DHA, and suitable for vegans and vegetarians. The Alvega formula is especially good for brain health, and promotes a healthy nervous system too. The oil is packaged in easy-to-swallow vegan gel capsules.

A high quality Omega - and bonus - no animals are harmed in the production of this supplement.
After 3 weeks of taking I have more energy and my brain fog has lifted substantially. I've never really taken Omega 3's consistently as I struggle to swallow the large capsules they usually come in, and the liquids are just gross. These are significantly smaller capsules and easy to swallow. Highly recommend
