Directions:

• To prepare, bring 4 cups of water or broth to a boil, slowly whisk in 1 cup of polenta and cook on low for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
• For a firmer texture, pour the cooked polenta into a greased dish, let it cool, then slice and cook as desired.

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Once opened, reseal the ziplock or store in an airtight container.
