Directions:

• Add 1 ¼ cups of boiling water to a pot, cover it with a lid, and bring to a rapid boil.
• Add 100g (approx 3/4 cup) Carbsmart® Maize-Free Pap to the pot and cover with a lid for 2 minutes (do not stir); then stir until all lumps have dissolved.
• Simmer (on very low heat with the lid on) for approximately 10 minutes, or until the desired consistency is reached.

Care Instructions:

• Store in a cool, dry place.
• Once opened, keep sealed.
