  Shake canister before scooping. Blend, shake or briskly stir about 1 level scoop (18 grams) into 240 ml of chilled water or juice once daily. For highly sensitive individuals, consider reducing consumption to half a scoop with 120 to 150 ml of chilled water or juice once daily during the first 3-4 days before starting a full daily dose.
