Quite effective for hot flushes and energy. It lasts for most of the day. I am on my second bottle. Good price.

Been taking this supplement ... been a week now... nothing has changed.... Not sure if they start working once the bottle is finished..

Definitely helped with menopause symptoms

This product is a life saver for me!! Hot flushes are gone, no more brain fog, sleeps well and it helps with energy. It took a short while to settle in, but I've ordered my 2nd bottle!!
