Directions:

• Cleanse and pat your skin dry.
• Attach and adjust the straps around your head and neck.
• Switch on your device. Sit back and relax for your 10-15-minute treatment.
• Remove the device and wipe clean with a damp cloth.

Caution:

• Eyes must be covered and protected while using this device.
• Do not exceed more than 30 minutes of red light therapy in a 24 hour period.
• Those on photosensitising drugs such as Tetracycline, Digoxin, Retin A, and Isotretinoin (Accutane) should exercise caution when using this device.
• We recommend consulting with your doctor or healthcare provider before using the device.

Note:

• Near-infrared light is invisible to the naked eye. It may look like some LEDs on your device aren't working, but red (660nm) and NIR (850nm) are powered by the same supply. You can rest assured that all the LEDs are doing their job as they should.
