One of the better formulations out there. Recommended to several people and they have all found it extremely beneficial. It works more effectively if you take it after the onset of sleep pressure (heavy eyes). Would recommend taking it 5 days on and 2 days off as several ingredients (e.g. Ashwagandha; Gotu-Kola) will lose their effects over time. It has the added benefit of promoting neurological health and improving mood.

I used to rate this product 5 stars but the ingredients list has changed. It used to contain a low dose of melatonin but it no longer does. As a result its no longer as effective. It makes me sleepy but it does not keep me asleep.
Excellent product. i have lived on chemical sleeping tablets for years. this product has allowed me to come off my chemical sleeping tablets.
This is by far the best natural product that truelly helps with sleep depravation and it assists a person to enter into a deep sleep to wake up more refreshed in the morning. I highly recommend it.
