Directions:
Low Dose:

• Position yourself 15 - 20cm away from the device and use it for 3 - 5 minutes.

High Dose:

• Position yourself 15 - 20cm away from the device and use it for 10 - 12 minutes.

Caution:

• Eyes must be covered and protected while using this device.
• Do not exceed more than 30 minutes of red light therapy in a 24 hour period.
• Those on photosensitising drugs such as Tetracycline, Digoxin, Retin A, and Isotretinoin (Accutane) should exercise caution when using this device.
• We recommend consulting with your doctor or healthcare provider before using the device.

Note:

• Near-infrared light is invisible to the naked eye. It may look like some LEDs on your device aren't working, but red (660nm) and NIR (850nm) are powered by the same supply. You can rest assured that all the LEDs are doing their job as they should.
