Directions:

• In a heatproof bowl, pour 200 ml of boiling water or stock over 200g of couscous.
• Cover and let sit for 5 – 10 minutes.
• Fluff with a fork, drizzle with olive oil, and season with fresh herbs and your favourite spices.
• Serve as a base for stews and salads, or top with nuts and fruit.

• Store in a cool, dry place.
• After opening, store in an airtight container.
