Directions:

• Pour a reasonable amount of Fogdog coating into a plastic bag or container.
• Dip your protein or vegetables into water, then place them in a bag or container.
• Shake until fully coated, then remove the protein or vegetables.
• Allow to sit for a few minutes.
• Bake, grill, or fry until cooked.
