Directions: 

• For Daily Use And Digestion: 
• Take ⅓ teaspoon 1–3 times daily with meals.

For Jam/Jellies:

• Use 1 tablespoon (±15 g) per 1 kg of fruit. 
• Combine the fruit with an equal weight of sugar or sugar substitute (e.g., 1 kg fruit with 1 kg sugar) when preparing your preserve.
