I have been taking Spirulina for years and am convinced it has boosted my immune system. I always go for the Superfoods brand.
I started with 2 tablets a day and noted that my cravings increased a bit. I don't know if anyone has experienced this, but I feel like i eat more when I take these. Besides that, I haven't noticed any other "improvements" so far. Been taking these for 2 weeks now.

Amazing product, amazing quality, you cannot go wrong with this brand and such amazing health benefits! Wouldnt recommend it while breastfeeding despite the health benefits though. It can cause severe tummy upset in the baby. Other than that- amazing
