Directions:
Face Mask:

• Mix bentonite clay with water or apple cider vinegar.
• Create a paste and apply it to the face.
• Allow to dry and then rinse with warm water.

Detoxing Bath Soak:

• Dissolve ¼ cup of bentonite clay in 2 cups of warm water.
• Add this mixture to the bath water and enjoy.

Cleansing Hair Mask:

• Mix ½ a cup of bentonite clay with 6 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tbsp coconut oil, ½ tbsp castor oil, and ¼ cup water.
• Apply to wet hair, cover with a shower cap and leave for 20 minutes.
• Rinse and then shampoo and condition as normal.

Please Note:

• Do not mix bentonite with a metal spoon or bowl; contact with metal will change the clay's properties.
• Avoid inhalation of the powder.
