• Nature’s Choice Bentonite Clay has a wide variety of uses. Bentonite Clay may be used to make your own clay facial masks, polishing toothpaste, facial cleanser, a bath soak or a gentle exfoliating body rub.

Purify your skin with this Bentonite Clay facial mask:

• Add warm water to Natures Choice Bentonite Clay Powder
• Use a wooden spoon stir until it’s a thick creamy texture.
• Smooth the mask onto face and neck avoiding the eyes and lips.
• After 15 to 20 minutes rinse the clay off with lukewarm water.
• Apply moisturiser.

Detox Bath Soak:

• Add Natures Choice Bentonite Clay Powder to a bath of hot water ensuring that the powder is broken up completely.
• Relax in this clay bath for 20 to 30 minutes.
• Rinse.

Consumption:

• Take one wooden tablespoon of Bentonite and add it to about one glass of warm water and mix thoroughly until the clay is completely combined with the water.
• Ideally this drink should not be consumed within an hour of eating or 2 hours of taking medication or supplements as this will reduce its efficacy. For best results drink this solution on an empty stomach.
