Directions:

Apply to temples and sinuses (avoiding eyes) back of the neck, along the spine and/or bottom of the feet when needed.
Use up to 4 times a day.

Caution:

Possible skin sensitivity

If pregnant, breastfeeding or under a doctor’s care, consult your doctor before use.
Keep out of eyes, inner ears, open wounds or sensitive areas.
