These tablets are very large and difficult to swallow - we have to chew them.
I have been using this product for about 6 months now and can feel the benefits, it helps me to relax and sleep well too. Will definitely buy it again.
The current total reviews (3 stars) of this product do not accurately reflect its quality and value for money.
This product does not get five stars because the tablet is too big to swallow in one go. The solution I recommend for this is to break the tablet in half and then consume it. It is quite easy to break in the middle based on how the tablet is made.
In terms of value for money and the quality of the magnesium, this is the most suitable product for me.
It also has no taste, no ugly aftertaste (like the New Leaf Magnesium product has). So it's easy to consume as well.
I purchased these magnesium tablets mainly for having a restful sleep and it works very well for me. I drink the tablet about 30 mins before bedtime and I fall asleep quite easily thereafter. I am very happy with my purchase and can definitely recommend.
