I like that this is a sustained release tablet - so I have the benefit of Vit C throughout the day. I use it twice a day and believe Vit C has amazing properties we all need every day.
I had been priding myself that I had not succumbed to a single cold all Winter. All the while I was happily taking these beauties every morning.
I then got a cold, but quickly realised that I had run out of my C's and had not replaced them timeously.
Keep well stocked if you want to keep the nasties away. They work!
Been using this for more than a year. Have not had flue or a cold since. Grace and one vitamin C per day :)
I'm on the second bottle..still not sure if this works but maybe it's one of those meds where the minute you stop taking them, that's when u realise they were working. I dont know
Biolife Vitamin C gives you all the help you can get during flu season. it is so much more beneficial than ordinary ascorbic acid. The added ingredients makes it so much more effective. Use it and feel the difference.
