I have been using this tablet for about 6 months now. Women should be taking a good-quality calcium supplement daily. We will reap the benefits as we age. I find the tablet to be one of the more pleasant calmag tablets I have taken in the past. It might be large for some people, but it has a smooth coating (unlike many calcium tablets that have a scratchy, sandy and chalky coating) which makes it easier to swallow. I can definitely feel the difference in my body and my energy level. I had a tender left hip and since taking this supplement, the discomfort has subsided substantially.

Using this daily and going to wait and see- have noticed that my sleeping seems to be deeper. It takes time to get healthy. This is very economical. 2 a day for a months supply or just take 1 a day and its 2 months.

I bought this to see if it would help with the night cramps I was getting in my feet. Been taking it for a couple of weeks now and the cramps seem to have stopped. Being vegan I don't drink cow breast milk or any animal calcium so this looked like a good one to try.

I've been using this supplement for a few years now and I've never looked back. Rheumatoid arthritis runs in my family, and in recent years I've been experiencing the symptoms more often especially in winter. I didn't have this supplement at the beginning of winter this year and the pain that I felt was unbearable at times. After a few days of taking this the pain subsided and I'm so happy to say that I haven't experienced any pain the last few weeks while using this supplement. I highly recommend it, especially if you have arthritis in your family and you want to prevent it or you just want to lessen the symptoms.
