As I have no colon, this is an essential item for me. It really helps to move food through my small colon. It's a fantastic product and I take it daily, although in less quantities.

Been using this product on and off for almost two years. It is the only product that successfully remedied my irritable bowel and functional bowel disorder. Been battling most of my life so this product is a life-saver! Highly recommend.

My sensitive and inflamed colon immediately settled down and I do not get up in the mornings with a dull uncomfortable pressure in that area any more. I'm even down to one a day now.

Its A good blend for if you have constipation but they recommend 3 tablets a day which means it doesn't even last a month
