Directions:

• Measure out approximately 25g of yerba maté for each cup of water.
• Boil water and let it cool slightly until it reaches about 77°C.
• Add the ground yerba maté to the French press, and pour the hot water over it.
• Let the yerba maté steep for about 4 - 5 minutes.
• Press down the plunger on the French press, separating the brewed yerba maté from the leaves.
• Pour the brewed yerba maté into a cup, and enjoy!
• Add sweeteners or milk if desired.
