Directions for Use

• Essential oils are highly concentrated and should always be diluted before topical use.
• Do not ingest unless advised by a qualified healthcare professional.

Aromatic Bath

• Add 5–10 drops to a warm bath.
• If you have sensitive skin, dilute first in a teaspoon of carrier oil.
• Soak for at least 10 minutes while relaxing and breathing deeply.

Massage

• Add 5–6 drops of cinnamon leaf essential oil to 10 ml of carrier oil.
• Mix thoroughly before applying to the skin.

Steam Inhalation

• Add 4–5 drops to a bowl of steaming water.
• Cover your head with a towel, close your eyes, and inhale the vapour for several minutes.

Diffusers & Oil Burners
Add 3–6 drops to water in an ultrasonic diffuser, aroma burner, or vaporiser according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Compress

• Add 4–5 drops of essential oil to 200ml of warm water.
• Soak a cloth, wring out excess liquid, and apply to the desired area.
