Directions for Use

Essential oils are highly concentrated and should always be diluted before topical use.
Do not ingest unless advised by a qualified healthcare professional.

Aromatic Bath

Add 5–10 drops to a warm bath.
If you have sensitive skin, dilute first in a teaspoon of carrier oil.
Soak for at least 10 minutes while relaxing and breathing deeply.

Massage

Add 5–6 drops of lavender essential oil to 10 ml of carrier oil.
Mix thoroughly before applying to the skin.

Steam Inhalation

Add 4–5 drops to a bowl of steaming water.
Cover your head with a towel, close your eyes, and inhale the vapour for several minutes.

Diffusers & Oil Burners
Add 3–6 drops to water in an ultrasonic diffuser, aroma burner, or vaporiser according to the manufacturer's instructions.
