I tried the powder form Maca first, which is good and cost effective, but simply not as convenient as the capsules. Been using the Extra Strength Maca from Sfera for about 4 months now, one a day but doubling up during times where I need a extra boost.
I have been taking this for over a month and am yet to see any improvements. Period pains remain, mood is still poor, energy low, mental endurance? None to speak of... How long should I take this before it starts to work?
I've been taking this Maca root product for several months now and find that it has alleviated my chronic depression when I take the recommended dose each day. It works better than an antidepressant and no side-effects.

This depends on how long you took it and so on.
I prefer the actual powder which you mix in your smoothies etc.
