I really like the Sfera brand. They contain mainly what the ingredient is and nothing else. I also like that they come in a dark bottle to protect the contents from light. Overall very happy.

I have a severe magnesium deficiency and cannot go a day without taking magnesium. This is the only product that works and it's really well priced too. Every other magnesium supplement I've taken has simply not worked.

Amazing. I do not swallow the plastic capsule. I empty the powder contents into a warm cup of green tea. Magnesium is very important for every person.

I was really excited to see magnesium in a capsule. The magnesium that I usually take is quite yuck tasting, hence the excitement over a capsule. Unfortunately the results were not good - definitely going back to the yuck tasting magnesium as the results are much better.

I really like these magnesium tablets, it gives you 2 different forms of magnesium, with vitamin B6 added so your nutritional needs are well covered. It has really helped with my sleep and painful feet. I also liked that it comes in a glass jar and not plastic.
