Directions:

I was told by a Dr and friend to take Liposomal Vita C during covid recovery. My entire family almost recovered completely.
I had Covid last week, was man down and I'm telling you this stuff got me through. I drank a spoonful every hour.
After loving the first bottle I have now moved away from table form Vit C to using only liposomal vitamin C. I feel the difference as a busy nutrtionist and someone who trains really hard 6 days a week. I highly recommend this product
Just saw the below review. I went away for a small vacation and didn't take my Seaverah Vit C with me. I was quite surprised by my lack of energy and stiffness from exercises. Started taking my Vit C upon my return and within 3 days felt back to my normal self ( well my new normal, since adding this to my daily routine). It is interesting that you only notice how it is benefiting your life when you stop.
