Directions:
As a soak:

• Pour salts into a warm, running bath water of 37 - 39℃.

For general well-being:

• Add ½ - 1 cup or, for tired & sore muscles, 2 - 4 cups to a bath.
• Soak for 20 minutes, letting the minerals absorb through the skin.

As an exfoliator:

• Mix a handful of Epsom Salt with your favorite oil or body wash, gently massage onto wet skin, and rinse well.

Soaking tip:

• Remember to stay hydrated.
• Rinse off before getting out of the bath.
