Directions:
In the bath:

• Pour 2 - 4 cups of salts into warm, running water.
• Add 3 - 4 drops of the essential oil blend.
• Soak for 20 minutes, letting the minerals absorb into the skin.

For an over-the-toilet Sitz Bath Adapter:

• Add half a cup of salt and 1 - 2 drops of the essential oil blend.
• Soak for 10 - 15 minutes.

Soaking tip:

• Remember to stay hydrated.
• Rinse off before getting out of the bath.
