Directions:
- Place 1 tablespoon (approximately 2g) of tea into a tea infuser.
- Boil water and let it cool slightly to 100°C (212°F).
- Steep for 3-6 minutes, adjusting steeping time for desired strength.
- Tea leaves may be steeped multiple times, yielding 2-3 pots of tea.
- Adjust steeping time accordingly for subsequent infusions.
Care Instructions:
- Store in a dry, cool area away from sunlight.
- Once opened, store in an airtight container or a resealable bag.

Really one of the best Spearmint tea I've tasted! I've been looking for a while now for good Spearmint tea, and this is it! For all the ladies struggling with hormonal issues (PCOS) this is a great tea to drink. Highly recommend.
