Why we love it
Why Faithful to Nature loves it:
Nature's Choice Sweet Molasses is a versatile, vegan-friendly sweetener. Sweet molasses is packed with plenty of iron, calcium, magnesium and potassium, making it more nutritious than refined sugar. The smooth texture of molasses makes it ideal for adding to baking, and it can make cookies softer and bread crustier. And if you need a quick energy boost, take a spoonful of molasses or create your own energy balls. The sticky nature of molasses will hold all of your favourite energy-boosting ingredients together with ease.
