Directions for Use

• Rinse the rice 1–2 times under cold water to help preserve water-soluble nutrients.
• For a softer texture, soak for 30–60 minutes before cooking.
• Add 1 x cup of rice to approximately 3 cups of water.
• Add ½ teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon oil or butter if desired.
• Bring to the boil, then cover and simmer over low heat for approximately 30–40 minutes, or until tender and the water is absorbed.
• Remove from the heat and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
• Fluff with a fork before serving.

Storage Instructions

• Store in a cool, dry place.
• Keep securely sealed after opening.
