Directions:

Simply pop a tablet in your mouth, bite and chew.
Wet your toothbrush and brush for 2 minutes.
To get the maximum benefit, simply spit, but don’t rinse.
Brush your teeth twice a day.

Whitens, helps sensitivity, uses the larger form of hydroxyapatite, not the nano (which can build up in your body and causes issues later on). Have been using for about 2 years. Cleans so well, pleasant taste.

Just started using this product so a bit soon to see results but am loving how it “uses” so far. Easy no fuss zero waste and tastes ok

These toothpaste tablets are amazing. They are one of the few toothpastes in South Africa that contain hydroxyapatite. Hydroxyapatite rebuilds the outer enamel & repairs small cavities. I used to have extremely weak teeth but haven’t had to go to the dentist in a while since using them. They take a little getting used to, don’t expect a large amount of foam like a normal toothpaste. You chew the chalk-like tablet & start brushing. I use them with my electric toothbrush & teeth feel incredibly clean afterwards. They are also mostly natural ingredients & no nasties like fluoride & sulphates.
